Awesomely Affordable Cleaning Co. is on a mission to empower underserved communities, train the next generation of workers, and create pathways to sustainable careers.


We are actively seeking to develop partnerships with local workforce agencies, training programs, schools, nonprofits, and pre-apprenticeship initiatives that align with our values of mentorship, hands-on learning, and economic empowerment.


While we do not currently host our own certified pre-apprenticeship program, our goal is to build strong collaborations that support:

  • Paid work experience & transitional job placement
  • Exposure to construction, custodial, and facility maintenance trades
  • Resume building, mock interviews, and career readiness
  • One-on-one mentorship from industry professionals
  • Job-readiness and personal development support
